No. We purchase residential, commercial, land, and business notes. We also purchase structured settlements.
Q: Who pays closing costs?

We pay closing costs. The only expense you will have is Title or Abstract. If you already have Title, we use your existing Title Policy.
Q: Do we need to get an appraisal?
A:
No, we will have an appraisal done.
